How much does TakeoffQuote cost?
Measuring is free forever, and so is building the quote — assemblies, unit prices, live totals. Pro is $15/month or $144/year and unlocks the priced .xlsx quote export.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
The free plan is the trial — measure real projects and build real quotes for as long as you like, upgrade when you want the priced .xlsx export.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel in one click; your measurements and price book stay on your device either way.
Can I pay per project instead of subscribing?
Not yet — but the packs we would sell are priced above: $45 for 5 projects, $79 for 10, $149 for 20. They are not on sale, so the $15/month plan is the only paid option today. Which of the two paths estimators actually click is how we decide whether to build it.
Do you offer team plans?
Not yet. There is no multi-seat plan, no shared price book, and no central billing — one subscription covers one estimator, on as many of their own devices as they like. If your firm needs seats, tell us what you would want shared and we will say honestly whether it is on the roadmap.
Can my company expense this?
Yes. Paddle is the merchant of record for every purchase and issues the receipt, so it goes through as a software subscription like any other vendor. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps Pro active until the end of the period you paid for.
